My philosophy in aesthetic plastic surgery
In each treatment there must be an achievable therapeutic goal. This goal is a balance between the inner and the outside of my patients. If I see during a consultation, that it is unrealistic to achieve it, we have to refuse a treatment.
I will never try to persuade a patient to an operation. Sometimes I am enthusiastic about a result - which I can foresee – in this case I will tell it frankly to you…
In each case you should come to my consultation in a relaxed mood. I will tell you individually what is state of the art for your problem. Please take my advice seriously, we had some cases where I was right, but was not heard.
My most important aim is, that you get a natural result. My patients get a natural result. Nevertheless we all know different results from newspapers or tv.

We warned for years not to enlarge breasts with a lot of hyaluronic acid - the Marcolane® procedure. Patients who took my advice are well off, others have problems with this material, which has been taken out of the market later on....
